The Foundation's work is guided by a Board of Directors drawn from various regions of Canada. The Executive Committee, in the city where the head office of the Foundation is currently located, is responsible for day-to-day activities. In the past, the Foundation's headquarters have been in the cities of Edmonton, Vancouver, and Winnipeg. At present, for the second time, they are in Toronto.
