Osyp and Josaphat Neporany Educational FundAnnual award of approximately $20,000 to enable a scholar to do research and lecture in an area of Ukrainian Studies at an institution where Ukrainian courses may otherwise not be offered. Osyp and Josaphat Neporany Educational Award Application Robert Franklin Clark (CFUS) Graduate Fellowship in Ukrainian Language and LiteratureThis fellowship is based on a bequest left to the Foundation by Robert Franklin Clark of Edmonton, with contributions by the University of Toronto.
Clark Graduate Fellowship Application R. F. Clark Ukrainian-Canadian Program FundThis Fund contributes to the support of the Ukrainian-Canadian Program at the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies (University of Alberta). Stephania Bubniuk Award in Journalism StudiesA $1,000 award offered annually to a student about to enter the final year of journalism studies for an outstanding piece of journalism of specific interest to Canada's Ukrainian community. Stephania Bubniuk Award Application Olga Wirsta Award in Communications, Journalism and Media StudiesApplication form and guidlines are currently in development. Clark Book FundThis Fund is used to enable community groups, primarily Ukrainian Professional and Business Associations, to place books on Ukrainian topics in public and other libraries. John Stashuk/Ivan Franko B.C. FundEndowed in memory of John Stashuk, former President of the Foundation, this award is to be used to support Ukrainian Studies in British Columbia. Ya. P. Holowacz Collection FundIncome provides ongoing support for the upkeep, cataloguing, and extension of the scholarly library gathered by the late Yaroslav P. Holowacz of Toronto and now in the care of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academic University. Petro and Olya Savaryn FundThis Fund has been made possible by a generous donation by Petro and Olya Savaryn of Alberta. It is intended to support Ukrainian Studies in Alberta. George S. N. Luckyj FundThis Fund was established by the Foundation to honour Prof. George S. N. Luckyj, a leading Ukrainian literary scholar and for many years a professor at the University of Toronto. In accordance with Prof. Luckyjs wishes, the income from this Fund will be used to create an award for the best translation of a Ukrainian literary work into English. Rev. M. and Dr. R. Curkowskyj FundIncome from this endowment is to be used to encourage youth to pursue higher education, particularly in Ukrainian Studies. | ||
